Please download the DPD App and provide delivery instructions to the courier to ensure there are no problems with your delivery. Using this will help you communicate directly with the specific courier dropping off your package so that you can let them know what to do if you’re not at home or unable to get to the door in time for the delivery.
You only need to fill out a few delivery instructions once and these will be valid for all of your deliveries through DPD. You’ll be able to indicate things like a suitable neighbour who can take it in, a shop that is closer to you that they can leave it at, etc. The goal is to try and ensure delivery the first time and make it as easy as possible and when the courier scans the package at the time of delivery, these instructions pop up on their screens. You can also indicate whether you need more time to get to the door.
For each shipment, a few extra Piddle Patches are prepared. If you need a delivery urgently, please contact us to see if it’s possible for one to be sent in the next shipment.
Once your order has been placed, or subscription has renewed, you will receive a notification containing your tracking number the day before your delivery is due. With this tracking number you will be able to check on the status of your delivery.
