Does it work on old or set-in stains, not just fresh accidents?
It works best on fresh accidents, since the enzymes need to reach the urine before it’s dried fully into the fibres. For older or set-in stains, applying it generously and letting it sit for longer, or reapplying once the first application has dried, gives the enzymes more time to work. Very old, deeply set stains may need a couple of applications to fully lift.
